A Ready Life
In the final message of the series "Come Let Us Adore Him," Pastor Mike reflects on how beginnings are often exciting and filled with hope, but finishing well takes perseverance and dedication. As the year draws to a close, we’re reminded of the challenge of packing away the joys of Christmas and stepping into the next season with readiness. Through the story of Simeon in Luke 2, we see an example of a life lived with purpose, hope, and the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Simeon’s readiness was rooted in his righteousness, devotion, and trust in God’s promises, encouraging us to live with the same anticipation and faith. This message challenges us to embrace a "ready life," filled with hope and prepared for the extraordinary through ordinary acts of obedience. As we prepare for 2025, we are called to say "yes" to the Spirit daily and live with hearts full of hope and expectation for the return of Christ.
