Promise Conference is an annual Word & Spirit conference hosted by New Tribe Church in (Nashville) Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Promise Co. was launched in 2023 to stir a desire for the Acts 2:17 promise of the Holy Spirit's outpouring, "I will pour out My Spirit on all people". Presence driven worship, powerful preaching, teaching on the spiritual gifts, and prophetic activation are at the heart of every conference. Whether you're a seasoned believer, or brand new to the faith, we invite you to come and be refreshed and empowered by the Holy Spirit to live as a bold witness for Jesus. This year's conference theme is "more".

Lyle Phillips
SPEAKER
Pastor Lyle Phillips and his wife, Pastor Allyson Phillips, serve as the Lead Pastors of Legacy Nashville Church. Together, they are passionate about building the local church and seeing God’s transformative work flourish through His people. Pastor Lyle is also the founder of Legacy Academy, a Christian school and serves as the President of Legacy Nashville Music, dedicated to sharing the message of Jesus through worship. He spent years as an international missionary working to rescue children from human trafficking. Corey Russell
SPEAKER
Corey Russell’s passion is to awaken the Church across the earth to the revelation of Jesus, intimacy with Holy Spirit, and the power of prayer.
He has written 9 books, released 6 prayer albums, and is discipling many through the Nash School of Prayer, his nine-month mentorship, and his online school at coreyrussellonline.com. He is currently on the pastoral team at House Denver. He lives in Denver, Colorado, with his family. Corey is sought after voice to various movements and conferences inspiring Spirit-filled ministry. R.T. Kendall
SPEAKER
Dr. R.T. Kendall is a renowned theologian, pastor, and author known for his deep biblical insights and balanced approach to theology. He served as the senior minister at Westminster Chapel in London for 25 years (1977–2002), where he gained international recognition for his expository preaching and leadership. Dr. Kendall has authored over 60 books, including Total Forgiveness, The Anointing, and The Presence of God. His teachings emphasize the importance of the Word and the Spirit working together in the life of a believer. Today, he continues to travel globally, speaking at conferences and mentoring leaders in the faith.
Jarod Smith
SPEAKER
Jarod is the Lead Pastor of New Tribe Church. In 2023, he and his team launched Promise Conference with a vision to see the church position itself to live with a desire for an Acts 2:17 outpouring. A church planter, military veteran, and passionate communicator, Jarod has a heart to see the gifts of the Spirit activated in every believer regardless of faith background, denomination, or creed. He's a serving board member of LINC (Linked International Network of Churches) which exists to encourage, equip, and empower pastors and church leaders to fulfill their calling. Matt Gilman

Matt Gilman is a worship leader, songwriter and speaker who has traveled the world bringing the message of the beauty and majesty of God through moments of prophetic worship and revelatory teaching. His primary goal as a minister is to provoke the human heart to search out depths of the knowledge of God. While he continues to travel, he is currently based in Orlando, FL with his wife, Kelly and his two boys, Isaac and Caden. He leads worship locally at Deeper Fellowship Church in Orlando. New Tribe Worship
WORSHIP
Pastored and led by Chris & Lydia Troyer, New Tribe Worship is committed to building a culture of intimacy and surrender through music. They have been in ministry together since before they were married, making a strong and dynamic team. They lead joyfully and boldly into the presence of the Lord, and desire that all might experience an encounter Him there. Jeff Mattheis
Jeff recently launched YWAM downtown Nashville, a discipleship training school, and leads the Fire and Fragrance prayer room in the city. He's an advocate and voice for The Send. Chad & brooke Seabright
Chad and Brooke launched Lebanon House of Prayer in 2022, a 24/7 movement hosting the presence of Jesus through continual praise, prophecy, and intercession, to bring city-wide transformation. They host Behold Conference and just opened the Lebanon Coffee House. @lebanonhouseofprayer
