Day 10
Week 2 - The Son
Physical Fasting: Skip or limit comfort foods like meats, sweets, and/or carbs, and continue to fast a meal a day - replacing that time with worship and prayer.
Mental Disciplines: Stay off/limit social media apps, and listen only to worship or devotional music.
Remember - the goal is not perfection or legalism, but to experience a deeper closeness to God through reminding ourselves of our dependency on Him.

Prayer Focus - Thank Jesus for the victory He has given you. Name any stressful situations you are believing for His victory in and thank Him that He has already won on your behalf.
