Day 15

Week 3 - The Holy Spirit


Physical Fasting: Fast all food for an extended period of time (12, 24, 48, or 72 hours). Alternatively, fast sun up to sun down every day. If either of these is not doable for you - or when otherwise applicable, continue to skip or limit comfort foods like meats, sweets, and/or carbs, and to fast a meal a day - replacing that time with worship and prayer.

Mental Disciplines: Stay off/limit social media apps, listen only to worship or devotional music, and take a break from TV and/or Video Games for this homestretch.


Remember - the goal is not perfection or legalism, but to experience a deeper closeness to God through reminding ourselves of our dependency on Him.


Day 15:

Scripture - 

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. - 2 Corinthians 3:17


Prayer Focus - Thank the Holy Spirit for His presence with you and the freedom He brings. Take a moment to surrender areas of your life you feel anxiety or bondage, and acknowledge the freedom He has for you in those areas, ask Him to help you walk in that freedom today.
